Guidelines for Oral and Poster Presentations

Oral Presentations

Please prepare for your presentation slides with MS PowerPoint or compatible softwares. Time limits for Plenary lectures, Concurrent sessions, and Country reports are 40, 25, and 20 minutes, respectively. Please ensure not to exceed the time limits of your presentation.

All presentations should be done in English as an official language.

Please bring your presentation file in a memory stick (or USB) and submit the file to the information desk at least 1 hour before your session (the date and time of your presentation will be announced in your confirmation letter).

Alternatively, you can send your presentation file by e-mail to Dr. Ho Won Jung (hwjung@dau.ac.kr). In that case, you must come to check it to the information desk at your presentation date.

We do not recommend using a Macintosh computer to make a presentation file because we will supply with a Window computer.

Poster Presentations

The dimensions of the poster must not exceed 90 cm wide by 110 cm high.

All posters should be prepared in English as an official language, and also they should be readable at least 2 meters away from them.

The times for poster set-up and take-down and also your poster presentation time will be listed in your confirmation letter and also an abstract book. Please use the board with the same number of your confirmation letter.

Tacks or tapes will be provided for the posting of posters near the board.

If you want to provide an extra handout to visitors, you can bring and place it to your poster board.
